The Business of Leadership - Lessons from Sport theme will consider how elite sports’ leaders address key issues within their team. It will show how businesses of all sizes can develop winning mindsets to drive their business in incredible ways. The event will discuss the key issues in sport and business including leadership, team performance, competitors, small-margin wins, goal setting and learning from setbacks.

Seán Perry
Seán Perry is a familiar voice as an award-winning sports commentator who currently works for RTÉ and the BBC among others as a freelance contributor. He is an experienced event compère and interviewer having chaired discussions involving a host of leading lights from the world of GAA, Ryder Cup winning captain, Paul McGinley, extreme adventurer and trans-Atlantic rower, Damian Browne and world champion boxer, Bernard Dunne among many others.

Jim McGuinness
Jim McGuinness is the current Donegal GAA manager and has won All-Ireland titles as both player and manager. He is widely regarded as one of the most successful and transformational coaches in modern GAA. He has also coached soccer extensively across three continents, with spells at Glasgow Celtic, within the Chinese Super League and American USL Championship.

Cora Staunton
Cora Staunton is one of the most recognised names in GAA and female sport, winning four All-Irelands titles with Mayo. She has been an All Star on eleven occasions. She has also spent six very successful years in the AFLW playing for Greater Western Sydney Giants.

Bernard Jackman
Bernard is former Ireland rugby international and is Acting Head of high-performance sport at Horse Sport Ireland. He played rugby for Connacht, Leinster and Sale Sharks. He released his autobiography, Blue Blood in 2011. He is a rugby pundit with RTE Sport and columnist with the Sunday Independent. Bernard is hugely experienced in high performance environments in both the sporting and corporate worlds.
