Business Efficiency Programme

This programme is about driving efficiency in your business and learning ways to do things quicker, better and more effectively whilst embedding a culture of continuous improvement.  The program consists of up to 10 x half day sessions, working directly with a LEAN for Business consultant to work on an efficiency plan for your business. This programme is delivered on a 1 to 1 basis over a 6 month period and the dates and times for delivery of the programme are agreed upon between the participant and the consultant.
