Wednesday 4th March | Accessing Skills , Resources and Innovation Through Academia - A Practical Workshop for Organisations | AIM Centre 12:00–13:30 PM | Many businesses recognise the value of engaging with universities but often find it difficult to identify the right entry point or collaboration model. This interactive session introduces a challenge-based approach that helps companies move from a defined business need to a clear, realistic next step for collaboration. Participants will test existing ATU industry engagement pathways, explore a real industry–student collaboration case study from Norway, and examine practical, low-risk ways to engage with academic expertise. | Reimagining Supply Chains Through Interconnectivity Workshop | 12:30 PM – 2:00 PM AIM Centre | Organisations are under increasing pressure to improve supply chain visibility, responsiveness and resilience. This workshop explores how linking demand signals, operational data and partner systems can enable more effective planning and execution across supply networks.
