This workshop focuses on how to effectively promote yourself and your work across different platforms. Participants will learn practical marketing techniques, how to craft a strong professional presence, and how to reach new audiences. The session explores personal branding, presentation, content creation, and developing a sustainable marketing approach that supports long-term creative growth.

Objective:

To enable creatives to market and promote their work confidently and effectively, developing the skills to present themselves professionally and attract opportunities nationally and internationally.

• Develop a marketing plan that aligns with their creative and business goals.
• Build a clear and consistent personal brand and professional identity.
• Learn how to pitch and present their work effectively to different audiences.

Emer Ferran- Is a highly skilled  mentor and advisor on the business aspects of art and design  practice. Emer is the Project Manager for Visual Artists Ireland (since 2023), leading on Lifelong Learning and the annual VAI Get Together conferences. She holds a BA (Hons) in History of Art and Architecture from Trinity College Dublin, a Higher Diploma in Arts Management from UCD, and a Master of Business Studies from the Smurfit Business School.
