This programme will provide individuals who are seeking to start their own business with the skills, management tools and expertise in making the right decisions, planning and organising effectively. It will help individuals gauge what will be required in order to keep their new venture running effectively and efficiently.

Trainer

This session will be led by the amazing Margaret Hoctor. Margaret is a businesswoman who has tried and tested every piece of advice she will give you. With a working farm, a background in psychology, and a regular market stall, she knows what works and why! Margaret has been described as a dynamo, and we agree! 

In this interactive workshop, you will learn the skills and tools required to market your offers effectively in the lead-up to the peak Christmas gifting season. This workshop will focus on practical, easy-to-implement strategies to maximise sales to the year end with reference to real-world experience and examples!
