The Programme:
The Winterval Traders Programme combines practical business training with a unique live trading opportunity. Designed to help traders increase sales, improve profitability, and operate more professionally, the programme equips participants with the tools and confidence to succeed in busy market environments. Traders who complete the programme will have the opportunity to trade from the LEO cabins at the Waterford Winterval festival, putting their learning into practice in front of thousands of visitors.
The course has been designed to build your practical business skills in the following areas:
- Identify high-margin “hero” products
- Use pricing to increase perceived value
- Improve stall layout for better conversion
- Turn browsers into buyers
- Increase spend with upselling techniques
- Communicate a clear brand story
- Differentiate in competitive markets
- Manage stock and flow for busy periods
- Build a practical growth plan
If selected, the cost for training course and wooden cabin will be €500
Course Schedule: 9.30am - 12.30pm each day
