Developing your Leadership Styles – SOLAS Programme - Expression of Interest

SOLAS, the Further Education and Training (FET) authority, in partnership with Enterprise Ireland and LEO Westmeath, is delivering a Leadership and Management Development Programme under the Skills to Advance initiative. As part of this programme, LEO Westmeath and SOLAS are hosting the Developing Your Leadership Styles module, which will be a fully accredited ILM Module on completion.

We are accepting expressions of interest for additional courses to be scheduled later in the year.

Designed for experienced professionals, middle management, and business owners across all sectors — including retail and hospitality — this programme focuses on the strategic leadership competencies that distinguish exceptional leaders. Through a blend of theory, real-world case studies, and practical, actionable insights, participants will refine their leadership approach and gain the tools needed to successfully navigate today’s complex and evolving business challenges.

Going beyond the skills required for day-to-day management, this course is designed to enhance your ability to influence stakeholders, communicate across all levels of the organisation and engage with your team in a meaningful way.

Accreditation

The Leadership and Management Development Programme is fully accredited by ILM - Institute of Leadership and Management. Learners can complete a single module or multiple stackable modules to achieve an ILM Level 4 Award, Certificate or Diploma in Leadership and Management Development, equivalent to Level 6 on the National Framework of Qualifications.

This programme is open only to registered businesses or clients based in County Westmeath.
