The aim of the course is to increase the knowledge, skills and competencies of participants in the areas of finance within their organisation – specifically to give them an understanding of financial
terminology as well as how to read and understand a Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet. It will also give participants an understanding of the issues they need to be aware of to enable them to set up an effective and efficient cashflow management system in their business to help nurture, sustain and grow. It also points out the difference business structures/entities available to business owners and their impact on the accounts and taxes of the business.
