Guest Speaker Carol O’Reilly, Founding Director of Redwood and Co.
Carol, as a highly skilled, energetic Communications and Organisational Development professional, now specializes in assisting organizations and the individuals within them to reach their highest potential. Her in-depth understanding of organizations and their people combine with her passions of creativity and ‘connecting to the customer,’ resulting in her ability to design innovative and distinctively organizational-specific solutions for her clients. Having studied Chemical Engineering, Carol went on to also complete a degree in Marketing before working as the Executive Assistant to the Chairman of the Board of Estee Lauder Inc, Mrs Estee Lauder, for 6 years where her fascination and exploration into leadership behaviour and its impact on business success and people potential was first nurtured. Now with 25+ years of Organisational Development experience working with Fortune 500 corporations, government agencies, small-to-mid-sized firms and non-for-profits across Ireland, Europe, the Middle East and the USA. We are delighted to welcome Carol as our Guest Speaker for our November women in business event.
