Owner/Manager Development Programme for Established Businesses

LEO Limerick are delighted to be running this Programme in conjunction with The Entrepreneurs Academy.

The aim of this programme is to provide the owner/managers of small businesses (up to 10 employees) who have been up and running for at least 3 years with the management, leadership skills and business knowledge to achieve sustainability and growth in their business.

This Management Development Programme will be held over 12 weeks from 8.00am - 12.00noon on the following dates:-

• Tuesday, 25th September
• Monday, 1st October
• Tuesday, 9th October
• Tuesday, 16th October
• Tuesday, 23rd October
• Tuesday, 30th October
• Tuesday, 6 November
• Tuesday, 13th November
• Tuesday, 20th November
• Tuesday, 27th November
• Tuesday, 4th December

• Business Planning
• Business Innovation and the Business Model
• Researching to better understand current and potential markets
• Finding and Keeping Customers
• Finance
• HRM including legal considerations
• Social Media and Digital Marketing for Business
• Sales
• Leading yourself and others 
• Hitting the Target

Three One-to-One Mentoring Sessions will be provided as part of the Programme.

The cost of this programme is highly subsidised by the Local Enterprise Office.
