Learning Objectives:

By the end of this workshop, owner/managers will use innovative thinking and models to;

  • Examine the impact of their leadership throughout their business;
  • Reflect on leadership styles and their significance to the success of their business;
  • Develop a vision for the business that everyone can sign up to;
  • Develop an action plan to realign the business and implement learning post programme

Delivery Method:

This programme will be delivered in 2 workshops online, on Tuesday 14th and Tuesday 21st May 2024 from 9.30 to 12.30.

Trainer:

Michelle Lestas BSc(Hons), MBA, ACCA Cert, Innovate UK Cert Michelle is the Founder of Michelle Lestas & Associates, a company specialising in Small Business Turnaround and Entrepreneurial Leadership. With her dedicated team, Michelle has had significant success in assisting small businesses to reposition, develop strategy, attract investment and secure public contracts. As the published author of "In Business With Yourself" (Orpen Press, 2021) – Michelle provides an unfiltered insight into 8 types of small business owner and regularly delivers keynotes to entrepreneurial leaders across the UK, Ireland and Europe. On the back of this success, Michelle has also developed ILM accredited programmes for small business leaders and small business mentors to compliment this work. Michelle is the chair of the Association of Business Mentors in Ireland, a member of the policy influencing forum for the NI Assembly, an Entrepreneur in Residence with Catalyst Inc and an Ambassador for Women In Business.
