MC: Teresanne O’Reilly

Teresanne is the founder and managing director of The Forest, a web design and brand strategy company that works with small and medium sized businesses to build beautiful websites and develop content marketing strategies to build brands that sell.

With over a decade of experience in commercial radio and digital media, effective and strategic communications are her forte. Teresanne also holds a First Class Honours Masters Degree in Digital Marketing from Waterford Institute of Technology. 

Speaker: Muriel Foley

Muriel is the Founder and Managing Director of MGFD, A Digital Marketing Consultancy specialising in Digital strategy, Social E-Commerce, Digital Training & Campaign Planning. Muriel currently works with clients based in Ireland, the UK, the UAE, the US and Germany and has worked with adidas, Coca Cola, Diageo, Home Depot, ALDO, Jägermeister, Air Transat and General Motors. 

 Panellists:

  • Stephanie Wickham, owner and founder of Expat Taxes, a boutique online tax practice that works with employees and their employers when they are moving to or from Ireland. Stephanie was the overall winner of the 2023 Waterford Digital Awards. 
  • Kevin Doolin, Walton Institute. Kevin is the Director of Innovation at Walton Institute for Information and Communication Systems Science. Kevin’s area of expertise is Pervasive Computing, which is the forerunner to ‘Internet of Things’ (IoT). We are eager to hear Kevin's take on the Evolution and Future Trends of Digital Marketing.
  • Paul Dower, Waterford In Your Pocket; which aims to provide constantly fresh content to the people of Waterford and it's many international visitors. Paul  started Waterford In Your Pocket as a Facebook page in 2014 as a way to promote the area as a great place to live, work and play using photos and videos.  As time went on Waterford In Your Pocket started using Instagram, Twitter and a dedicated website and now has over 60,000 followers.
