Local Enterprise Office South Cork National Enterprise Award Nominee goes to Denis Coleman of Work Compass. Work Compass is the only performance management solution in the world today that includes performance management advice, goal and skill libraries. These are the features that make high performance management a living breathing thing in organisations and not just a dreaded annual event. Denis started his career as an qualified CIMA Accountant, working for US multinational located in Ireland, Eastern Europe and the US. It was after two and a half years of researching management practices, the behavioural science and the competitive landscape which lead to WorkCompass being founded, a simple tool to help managers continuously improve their teams performance levels.
In Sept 2012 and more recently, Denis secured financial assistance through Local Enterprise Office South Cork which has helped his journey as a high potential business start up in South Cork sustaining 5 full time jobs since year end 2014. With a proposperous future ahead we at Local Enterprise Office South Cork are delighted to nominate Denis and his team at Work Compass as our County Finalist, going forward to the National Enterprise Awards Competition, due to take place June 11th in Kilmainham, Dublin.
