Dairymaster Rural Innovation Awards aims to encourage, motivate and improve business ideas while also offering a cash prize, advertising and mentoring to the winners and finalists. The awards are sponsored by Dairymaster, Teagasc, The Farmers Journal and DARD, which is a great promotional platform for any rural business to be associated with.

This year there are three main categories which are:

Farm Innovation- this category is open to all innovations that can make a real difference on farms which have commercial application.

Rural Business Innovation- this category is open to innovations in any rural business. Rural business is a key economic driver for farm families right across Ireland.

Community Focused Innovations- this category is open to all innovations that make society a better place, ensuring a vibrant forward looking community.
