Streetfest is a series of family-friendly street events in Carlow town which will also serve as a pilot project for the pedestrianisation of Lower Tullow Street, aiming to enhance the shopping experience in Carlow. As part of the Streetfest programme craft makers have the chance to exhibit their unique creations at free stands to a diverse audience, while also being part of an exhilarating celebration of arts and culture.

Streetfest promises an exciting line-up of entertainment for attendees, featuring free face painting, street performances, live music from the Beet Fleet, captivating circus shows by Monsieur Gusto, and much more. Additionally, Carlow County Council is organising a busking competition with a weekly prize of €100 and shop local vouchers up for grabs.
