Institute of Technology, Carlow and their CATALYST project partners are delighted to offer the opportunity to participate in an online residency which will help you to pivot your business in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
COVID-19 is here to stay for some time and it has presented myriad challenges to SMEs however, it has also presented opportunities. This online residency will assist with the strategic orientation of your business within the new operating environment. We can help you to pivot towards capturing the opportunities presented and support you in your decision making assisted by industry experts. We can help you to design new processes/services that are tailored to the new market conditions.
You will finish this programme with a roadmap towards achieving your new business goals.
This interactive programme will begin on Tuesday June 30th and run over four weeks with both Group and 1-1 Sessions scheduled. The time commitment is a maximum of 4 hours per week.
