The Management NEXT Programme is designed to allow owner managers to critically develop their business to the next stage with the support of Blaise Brosnan, MRI and the teams at Carlow & Kilkenny Local Enterprise Offices.

The programme is targeted at

(a)    Owner/Managers who need to develop themselves and their businesses to position themselves for growth in the coming years.

(b)   Business Owners/Managers who have participated in the MRI Management Development Programme from 2006 to 2010 and who now require further development support.

The programme will offer a personal learning experience that explores the best management practices and strategies for sustaining a strategic advantage over the long term. Participants will acquire the analytical and strategic skills to device growth, performance and effective decision making the business.

Participants will also receive two one – tone confidential mentoring sessions. The cost of participating on the programme will be circa €250.00 per business and participants will be able to bring along key personnel to the workshops. Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
