Meet the Programme Facilitator
The session will be led by Allyson English of The Mody Collective, an experienced business improvement consultant who has worked extensively with SMEs and women-led businesses across Ireland.
During this interactive introduction, Allyson will give attendees a flavour of the programme content, share practical insights into common business challenges, and demonstrate how participants can benefit from taking part in the programme. You'll gain an understanding of how small changes to systems, processes and ways of working can have a significant impact on business performance, productivity and personal wellbeing.
