5 Week Digital Marketing for Retail, Hospitality & Tourism sectors. 

We've developed a 5 week evening programme for you. Under the guidance of a specialist training company, this interactive course will equip participants with the most up to date strategies from Social Media to AI to Website Design, UX, Analytics, Experimental Marketing, Sustainability, and Omnichannel experiences. Throughout the programme, participants will explore compelling EU and Irish/UK case studies, gain hands on experience in creating marketing assets for their business and develop the confidence to give a new impetus to their digital marketing efforts. 

This course runs weekly from Wednesday 17th September to Wednesday 15th October 2025.

The first week will be an in-person session in Bridge Enterprise Centre, Nutgrove. The remainder four sessions will take place online via zoom.

Wednesday 17th September

Social Media & Short Form Storytelling 


  • Learn to craft episodic, authentic content (e.g. UGC, reels) that resonates with local and EU audiences.
  • Explore case studies like VisitScotland’s TikTok campaigns and independent Dublin cafés leveraging Instagram for brand storytelling.

AI-Driven Marketing & Operations 

  • Discover how predictive analytics and personalization engines enhance customer engagement.
  • Review examples such as AI-enhanced chatbots in UK hotels or dynamic pricing tools used by Irish guesthouses.

Website UX, Analytics & Performance

  • Focus on voice/visual search readiness, SEO, A/B testing, analytics, and marketing mix modelling (MMM).

  • Analyse user-friendly websites used by Irish tourism providers and small retailers for effective UX and conversion.

Wednesday 8th October

Experiential & Sustainable Marketing

  • Learn to craft immersive, eco-conscious campaigns that reflect Irish and EU values (e.g. Green Key-certified hotels or local sustainable food pop-ups).
  • Examine strategies that promote responsible tourism and wellness-driven offerings.

Wednesday 15th October  

Omnichannel & Phygital Integration

  • Be introduced to strategies such as Click & Collect, augmented reality product visualisation, omnichannel payment systems, geomarketing, and retail media networks.
  • Highlight examples like Supervalu’s strong digital–physical integration and location-based offers tailored for shoppers.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Confidently create and deploy social media campaigns that reflect current trends and drive engagement across the Retail, Hospitality, and Tourism sectors.
  • Create presences on the key social media platforms for their business, if once already exists participants will improve and fine tune these.
  • Implement AI-powered tools—such as chatbots, dynamic offers, and predictive analytics—to enrich the customer journey and optimise operations.
  • Conduct website audits and apply improvements in usability, performance, search ranking, and analytics to boost online conversion.
  • Develop marketing initiatives rooted in experiential storytelling and sustainability, aligned with Irish and EU consumer values. 

  • Integrate digital and physical touchpoints—including omnichannel experiences, geo-targeted campaigns, and retail media tactics—to amplify reach and customer satisfaction.
