Local Economic & Community Plan 2023 - 2028

Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council are delighted to welcome this new Local Economic and Community Plan 2023 - 2028 (LECP).

This plan sets out the vision for the County as a progressive and climate-resilient County that is inclusive, promotes quality of life, health and wellbeing, economic activity and employment opportunities. 

The LECP has been developed through consultation and engagement with the public, community groups, the private sector and various other key stakeholders from across the County to ensure that it is reflective of their needs and ambitions.

It presents a clear roadmap for the economic and community development of the County.
