This workshop presents workplace wellness and well-being training to respond to the increased need for positive mind fitness and resilience. The training provides skills of stress management, supporting individuals to develop healthier habits in both work and life to create a positive balance and mindset that is vital in achieving success.  

This workshop will cover:

  • Be able to define the meaning of resilience
  • Develop a Positive Mind Fitness at Work
  • Identify where stress levels are and how to manage them effectively
  • Identify how to build resilience and professional effectiveness
  • Manage pressure and workload
  • Understand best practices for maintaining a healthy body and mind
  • Explore emotional intelligence and increase overall levels of mindfulness
  • Be more compassionate in the workplace - self and others
  • Create a realistic plan of action for developing resilience

Delivery Methodology

Group work, individual tasks and simulation exercises and with a strong emphasis on practical application throughout. This course is extremely interactive providing participants with the opportunity to prepare and practice their skills.
