The Agile Mindset & Minimum Viable Products

When developing a new product or service, you will go through the stage of needing to define what is the first product you can introduce into the market, or the Minimum Viable Product (MVP for short). And though it sounds like an instinctive question with an easy, clear answer, in reality it is a very difficult question to answer which most companies struggle with.

Learn how to use the latest methods to launch a new business / product / service with minimal cost, effort & risk to achieve maximum impact & success, as quickly as possible.

We believe that when developing a new product (or service) it is about taking it one step at a time. This is why we developed this workshop in a way that helps you understand how to apply the methods used by the most successful tech startups in your business.

  • The concept of agile – where it comes from, what is the difference between agile and waterfall

  • Why do we need the MVP?

    • What is the Good Enough method
