The Seminar is delivered by the Local Enterprise Office Kilkenny in conjunction with the Procurement Offices in Kilkenny County Council and HSE Kilkenny, the workshop will look at how the public sector buys goods and services.  Topics such as sourcing opportunities, tendering and what constitutes a successful winning tender will be addressed.
