Training & Event Bookings

Please read the course information carefully, ensure that you are satisfied with the venue, fee and suitability of content prior to booking.  Due to Covid19 restrictions, all our training courses will be held online until further notice.

Places can be reserved only on receipt of payment in full. Receipt of booking information implies understanding and acceptance of the terms and conditions. The Local Enterprise Office Kilkenny reserves the right to refuse admission to a course if (a) payment has not been received prior to the course start date (b) if the course is not suitable to you.

Due to the limited number of spaces available, courses are limited to Businesses based in Kilkenny (City and County) only.


Failure to Attend
Substitutions are acceptable. The substitute will receive any course/event materials on behalf of the original delegate.


Refunds
In the case of a Training Course, to qualify for a full refund, cancellation must be received in 3 working days notice prior to the event.

Note that refunds can only be made by way of Cheque to payee.


Right to Make Changes


The Local Enterprise Office Kilkenny reserves the right to alter the programme, speaker or venue or to cancel training or an event at our discretion. In the event of a cancellation, our liability shall be restricted to refunding any prepaid fees only.

Online Booking & E-Payments

  • The Local Enterprise website facilitates online booking of its events.
  • Personal information is sent securely using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software.
  • Electronic payments are handled by Realex.
  • At no time is credit/debit card information stored on our servers.

Video & Photography

Please note that we may take pictures and/or make video and audio recordings at this event, in which you may be featured. By attending the event, you give the organisers the right to use such material for non-commercial purposes, including the posting of photos and/or videos on our website(s).

By accepting our Terms and Conditions you confirm that: (a) you have complied with your own data protection obligations in respect of the personal data that you supply to us and that you are entitled to disclose such personal data to us; and (b) you will ensure that a copy of our data protection notice (is sent to data subjects (e.g. your employees) whose personal data you provide to us.
