The Local Enterprise Office Kilkenny as part of our LEAN support offering has arranged a visit to Adman Steel Sheds based in Co Wexford to participate on the LEAN tour. The tour takes you through their offices & factory showcasing Lean processes & principles at every step of the way.

The tour commences at 8.30am and ends at 12 noon. This will be followed by lunch and an interaction session hosted nearby by SETU’s National Centre of Excellence in Lean Industry 4.0

This interactive workshop introduces participants to the core principles of Lean Thinking and how they apply in real-world business environments. Designed specifically for micro to medium-sized enterprises, the session focuses on identifying inefficiencies, addressing practical challenges, and improving day-to-day operations.

Through facilitated discussion, business owners and managers will explore how Lean can support structured problem solving and continuous improvement.

Delivered in a clinic-style format, the session encourages participants to bring their own business issues for collaborative analysis and practical learning.
