A practical half day programme designed to provide SME's with a brief overview to social media and an in-depgth tutorial on how to use Facebook for business. The session encourages participants to learn about the opportunities that are available by using Facebook and develop strategy that works for the business.  Lots of practical examples and open forum for informal discussion. The facilitator will contact participants before course commencement with some preparatory work.
