Business Capacity Reset

A 4-Session Recalibration for Your Business & Nervous System

  • Format: 4 x 2-Hour Zoom Sessions
  • Interactive, cameras on for group connection & nervous system safety
  • Schedule: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM | Oct 6th, 13th, 20th & Nov 3rd (Includes a 2-week gap for integration)

Core Objective: Pause, recalibrate, and establish a healthier relationship with your nervous system. This 4-part reset gives you practical tools and strategic clarity to reduce daily stress, identify energy drains, and begin unwinding conditioned ways of working that cause burnout.

October 6th: Nervous System Anchoring

  • Creating the Container: Regulation practices (breath, grounding, orientation) to help create a safe space for your nervous system to feel safe stepping into transformation and releasing what is no longer working for you.
  • Nervous System Overview: Understanding and connecting with your nervous system and its impact on your business, communication & well being.
  • Identifying Your Capacity limits: Recognising how business stress shows up in your body (fight, flight, freeze, fawn) and its impact; anxiety, over thinking, perfectionism, under pricing etc.
  • Regulation practises: How to resource yourself and become more aware of what supports you to be ‘your own best boss’.
  • Closing round

October 13th: The Audit – Targeted Simplification

Session Focus: Streamline your business by identifying and removing 1–2 major sources of daily stress.

Re-rooting in Purpose & The Elimination Game

  • Your Origin Story: Reconnecting with your initial motivation, values, and the impact you are passionate about creating.
  • The "Brain Dump": Writing every offer, tool, commitment, and customer segment onto paper to step back and view it with clarity.
  • Business Model Audit: Assessing products, offerings, tools, customers and processes through the lens of energy—what expands energy vs. what drains it?
  • De-Conditioning: Exploring your fears: money, missing out and conditioned patterns that keep you saying "yes" to energy drains.
  • 1–2 Targeted Cuts: Practice de-conditioning the fear of saying "no" and commit to simplifying 1–2 key energy drains.
  • Closing round

October 20th: Aligned Customer Relationships

Session Focus: Setting practical boundaries and realigning customer relationships from a regulated place.

  • Inner Integration: Honouring all parts of yourself (mind, body, soul) so you stop compartmentalising personal well-being and business goals.
  • Regulation: Practices to navigate the anxiety of setting boundaries, streamlining, and saying "no."
  • Spaciousness Practices: Scheduling intentional, non-negotiable windows for strategic thought, rest, and creative flow
  • Customer Realignment: Focusing on your ideal customer segment to build deeper, more meaningful interactions aligned with your purpose and who you are now.
  • Cohesion: Fostering trust and simplification to honour both your energy and your mission.
  • Closing round

November 3rd: Integration & Sustainable Flow

Session Focus: Anchoring your new operational habits and building a long-term toolkit for sustainability and vitality.

  • Emergency Self-Regulation Toolkit: Developing personal somatic anchors for moments when business stress inevitably resurfaces.
  • Sustainable Action Plan: Mapping out your newly streamlined business and prioritised offers.
  • Future-Self Integration: Complete a visualisation and written commitment to maintain your new baseline of ease and clarity.
  • Closing: Celebrating the foundational steps taken and committing to your ongoing process of stepping into more clarity, ease and sustainability.

This programme will be lead and delivered by Jackie Gowran, Business Weaving.
