Our guest speaker for the evening will be Marie Gleeson, former Naval Captain and MD of NavMar Leadership, who will share her inspiring journey and insights across entrepreneurship, leadership and resilience. Drawing on her unique career experience, Anne Marie will explore themes of adaptability, decision-making under pressure, and the importance of collaboration — lessons that resonate strongly for women in business at every stage.
