Have you ever wondered what Lean actually looks like in a real, working business?

The Lean Business Bus: An Open Doors Tour is a guided, one‑day experience that brings you inside a local business who have applied Lean to improve their efficiency on the ground, day to day.

Travelling together by bus, participants will visit client sites who have completed the Lean programme. These clients have opened their doors to show real processes, real changes, and real results — from reducing wasted time and effort, to improving flow, layout, communication and overall ways of working.

This is not a classroom session and not a sales pitch. It’s a practical opportunity to:

• See Lean applied in real workplaces.
• Hear honestly from business owners and teams about what worked and what didn’t.
• Learn how small, practical changes can make work easier, faster and less expensive.
• Pick up ideas you can adapt to your own business.

The tour is guided by expert Lean coach, Stuart Nelson, Director of Jigsaw Better Business, who will help connect what you’re seeing on site to core Lean principles — in plain language, and focused on practical improvement.

If you’re curious about Lean but want to see it before committing, or if you’re looking for practical ideas you can actually use, this tour is designed for you.

Please note clients will be selected by the LEO South Cork team for this event based on their eligibility and suitability to complete a Lean programme in the future. Places are limited so please express your interest and we will be in touch to inform you of eligibility.

Following the Lean site visits, lunch will be provided to all attending. Pickup point will be communicated to the selected clients.
