LEO Waterford and Dungarvan & West Waterford Chamber have joined forces to create a series of monthly lunchtime talks, titled 'Lunchtime Bites.'

Doors open at 12.45pm - allowing you plenty of time to have a sandwich, chat, network, ask a few questions and get back to the office with plenty of time to spare.

Our March series returns on Wednesday 22nd to 360 Cookhouse, Castle St, Dungarvan, X35 E192. Our quest speaker will be Teresanne O' Reilly (Managing Director of The Forest). Teresanne will discuss the do's and don'ts of Instagram, how to make your posts stand out from the crowd and engage your audience. 

Lunch is included - so bring your appetite and an open mind.
