The Benelux Export Programme is funded by Waterford LEO and is delivered by Full Circle Management Solutions Ltd.

The purpose of the Programme is to provide you with the skills and the confidence to identify, target and exploit new business opportunities in the Belgian market ….and to then put you in front of potential customers in Belgium during the course of the Programme.
This is therefore a highly practical programme where the emphasis is on helping you to find and convert REAL sales opportunities in the Belgium [and surrounding markets] during the Programme and beyond.

Why is Belgium such an attractive market for Irish businesses?

Belgium ranks as Ireland’s second highest EU partner when it comes to exports, and Irish companies enjoy an excellent reputation among Belgian businesses.  There are a number of reasons for this, namely:

• English is widely spoken in business circles, making this an ideal launch-pad in mainland Europe for new / inexperienced exporters to dip their toes into;
• With daily flights between Ireland and Belgium, Irish exporters can service the needs of Belgian customers quickly, easily and cost effectively;
• The size of the market. Belgium has a population more than twice that of Ireland, but its size is less than half. The country's high population density allows
  businesses to efficiently reach a large customer base in a small area.
