Advanced Management Development Programme:

This Advanced Management Development Programme is a PRACTICAL programme for owner/managers of small/medium size businesses, who have a strong commitment to expanding their business onto the next stage of their business cycle. This programme will combine management theory, powerful peer learning, networking and action learning approaches.

Target Participants:

  1. Business promoters who previously participated in the OMDP and who are now getting ready for the next natural development step towards scaling their business.
  2. Well established businesspeople, who are ripe for the next step forward for their business. 

Objectives 

  1. To increase the participant’s ability to further develop their business by focusing on the practical challenges and opportunities they are facing or about to face.
  2. To challenge the participants to clarify their next move and put in place the necessary management and other resources to make it happen.
  3. To ensure that appropriate local businesses, can experience the commercial benefits of this type of programme. 

The 3 main outcomes that participants can expect following completion of your proposed training programme:

  1. Clarity of purpose both for themselves and their business.
  2. Defining the business opportunities going forward.
  3. How to approach these opportunities in a SMARTER way. 

Duration and Module Themes 

Format: 10 modules from 8am (Morning sessions) - Continental breakfast will be served. 

Plus, two “one on one” confidential meeting with Blaise to address specific issues/opportunities, which participants may not want to speak about within the group structure.

Date:  Starting Monday 15th April 2024 at 8:00 am and continuing weekly.

Cost: Highly Subsidised Fee of €200
