Description:

Over time all businesses change and evolve at a mostly slow pace.  In the current time of change this process has been accelerated for most organisations and it can be difficult and challenging to cope with change at this speed.  In this three hour business continuity programme you will be facilitated to draw from your strengths and think outside the box and see your business from angles that you may not have considered before.

• Communicating with employees, customers and others with vested interest
• Piloting the business continuity plan
• Adapting and improving my business to suit the existing markets
