Adman Steel Sheds are one of the leading companies in Ireland for the integration of lean systems into all aspects of their business process.

This morning visit to Adman will allow Carlow businesses to see lean in operation and consider how they can change the nature of their own businesses by implementing lean in their own activities. 

Date: Friday 22nd May 2026

7:15am - Minibus departs from Enterprise House, O'Brien Road, Carlow. 

The group will then spend the entire morning in Adman Steel Sheds, starting with the daily staff meeting and seeing lean in action in each department. The visit will involve a lot of walking and part of the visit will be outdoor so please dress accordingly. 

The visit to Adman will conclude at approx 12:40pm. We will stop for a light lunch on the way back and the minibus should arrive back at Enterprise House at approx 2:30-3:00pm.
