Pearce Flannery is the founder of the acclaimed Pragmatica organisation, a cutting-edge business consultancy renowned for their high impact training programmes. He is an experienced business leader having held senior positions with a variety of multi-national organisations. Pearce has worked in Italy, Spain, UK and USA prior to returning to Ireland to set up his own business.

An award-winning entrepreneur, Pearce is a former winner of the Marketing Institute of Ireland’s Marketing Person of the Year award and was winner the PWC JCI Young Entrepreneur of the Year. He was made a fellow of the Irish Management institute in 2008.
