  • How to better manage yourself, and your team, to be at your best throughout the day

Grattan Donnelly, Executive Coach, Facilitator, Trainer and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Teacher.

Grattan is an Honorary Life Fellow and Founding Council Member of the Association for Coaching, Ireland (2007-2015) and Chair (2012-2015), and a Board Member of Mindful Nation Ireland. He is an Associate Faculty Member of the Irish Management Institute, lecturing on the Diploma in Executive Coaching. He lectures the Diploma in Coaching for Performance in Dublin Business School. He is a qualified Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction teacher, and an Enterprise Ireland Mentor.

MaMary Lovegrovery Lovegrove is co-founder and director of Mindful Nation Ireland which supports and encourages mindfulness and compassion initiatives in public and political life. Mary is leading the roll out of Sos Beag. Sos Beag is a simple 2-minute pause and can be used by groups in all settings to help bring more calm and focus to their day. ​

Mary has been practicing mindfulness meditation for 12 years and trained as a mindfulness teacher for adults with the Institute of Mindfulness Based Approaches for adults. She also qualified as a mindfulness teacher for kids with Youth Mindfulness UK in 2018.
