Designing a Successful Sales Process.

Are you looking to improve the management of your business' client pipeline?

Successful sales people are constantly updating their skills, making sure they generate money by being at the cutting edge of sales and sales techniques. Local Enterprise Office Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown has developed a 3 week evening programme for you and your business. Under the guidance of specialist experienced trainers, you will learn how to design a sales process which will help you to identify and quantify customers, generate leads, manage the sales pipeline and secure referrals.

The course will help participants to:-
- Create and develop early sales plan and implement applicable strategies to make accurate forecasts
- Manage your sales process from forecasting stage to closing deals
- Develop selling techniques
- Develop an awareness of how to analyse consumer behaviour and communication styles
- Improve their negotiation skills in order to lower their overheads and maintain their profit margins

All course content has been carefully chosen to support any new or established product or service-led business.
