Designing a Successful Sales Process

Are you looking to improve the management of your business' client pipeline?

Successful sales people are constantly updating their skills, making sure they generate money by being at the cutting edge of sales and sales techniques. Local Enterprise Office Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown has developed a 4 week evening programme for you and your business. Under the guidance of specialist experienced trainers, you will learn how to design a sales process which will help you to identify and quantify customers, generate leads, manage the sales pipeline and secure referrals.

Each session is carefully designed to allow participants to gain an understanding of what it takes to gain customers and manage their business to the point of sustainability and growth. It will look at the way to do this as the economy is experience an upturn and will provide key tips for cost effective sales activity. 

All course content has been carefully chosen to support any new or established product or service-led business. Class sizes for this course are limited to 12 people to maximise learning outcomes for participants. If you are unable to attend one of the four sessions, let us know and we can arrange for those course notes to be emailed to you.
