A Business Plan is Your Roadmap

A business roadmap is a long-term strategic document that shows where your company is going and the steps required to get there. 

This workshop aims to help anyone who needs and or wants to build out a business plan to create a document that outlines their expectations for their business and how they plan to get there. This simple format allows a business owner to lay out all the information needed on one page with the ultimate plan to transfer this data in greater detail into a business plan.

Within a highly interactive and collaborative workshop you will be equipped to:

• Understand the problem you are solving
• Determine exactly who you customer is
• Define the solution you provide
• Examine the advantage for your clients in working with you
• Outline the key metrics by which you will measure success
• Identify your Unique Value Proposition
• Classify your cost structures and revenue streams
• Transition the above information into a traditional business plan format

Delivery Methodology

This workshop will be held remotely online via Zoom. This session will be highly engaging and relevant through interactive learning, individual approach, use of audio-visual materials. 

A Zoom link will be sent to all registered participants the day before the workshop.
