Ascend: Executive Leadership & Business Growth Masterclass Series - 9th May 2023
Do you want strengthen your management skills and grow your business while learning various strategies for success?
This is a series of 6 x 3hr interactive separate workshops designed to help participants build strategic skills in 6 areas and for the whole business if all workshops completed.
This course runs from Tuesday May 9th to Tuesday 13th June 2023.
The course will take place online from 6.30pm to 9.30pm for 6 consecutive Tuesday evenings.
Primary outcomes:
- Each participant will gain confidence and create a strategic action plan for each standalone topic that will be the foundation for new growth in their business.
- It will help in safeguarding from risk (including ongoing challenges of external factors such as Brexit, rising costs, supply chain issues etc.)
- Your strategy can be built in specific actions in the areas of leadership and risk management; finance; innovation; sales; marketing and digital presence.
- Measurable targets and a timeline will be key to the strategy to ensure that growth can be measured as an outcome of participation.
- Each participant will obtain the tools and resources to build out their action plan in each area and can ‘stack’ these to build a 360 strategy for the business by attending all sessions or can focus on specific areas within one workshop.

This course features group work, individual tasks, presentations, Q&A and exercises. The priority is to equip participants with knowledge and skills which they can implement into their new businesses.
