By the end of this workshop, the aim is that you are more confident in addressing matters of a financial nature.

• Create a Financial Dashboard made up of the key indicators that are important to monitor for business growth and success

Delivery Methodology

This workshop will be held remotely online via Zoom. The workshop will include many real-life examples, hands-on activities and plenty of discussions with participants. Participants will receive a comprehensive summary document after the workshop.

A Zoom link will be sent to all registered participants the day before the workshop.
