This 60-minute webinar sets out a Framework for managing cyber risk that includes adopting a mindset, strategy and tactical plan for your business. This session will be ideal for small business owners and managers who are concerned about cyber risk and want to be empowered to manage it as a business risk. 

Content will include:

• How the right mindset will prepare you to handle this key business risk
• How to adopt a 5-step strategy that leads to cyber resilience
• How to significantly reduce exposure to the most common internet threats
• How to create a tactical plan for your business

There will be a Q&A session at the end.

About the Facilitator

John Byrne (FCCA) is an entrepreneur and an insurance practitioner. He spent over 25 years in corporate roles as a financial risk assessment specialist with banking and insurance groups. For the last 14 years, John has been as an entrepreneur, including co-founding an insurance business at Lloyd's of London, where he was Chief Risk Officer. He is currently co-founder of an InsurTech firm developing a cyber risk management platform for medium sized businesses and also offers a cyber risk education course for small businesses.

Delivery Methodology

This workshop will be held remotely online via Zoom. The workshop will be interactive providing participants with the opportunity to ask questions or concerns they have about cyber security. 

A Zoom link will be sent to all registered participants the day before the workshop.
