Executive Presence: Having Impact & Influence

Do you ever get frustrated that people don’t act upon your good ideas? Or do you wonder if people struggle to understand your point of view?

This session will not just focus on enabling you to get yourself heard, but also help you improve your impact and influence with key stakeholders. 

Many good ideas “wither on the vine” because the person who had the idea was unable to communicate the value proposition in a compelling way that resonated with stakeholders.  We will explore ways to engage audiences (large and small), manage nerves and look at barriers to strong communication.  We will also look at tools to help you structure your stakeholder management, understand the power of a well posed question and display the competency of listening. 

Participants will leave with a set of tools to help them improve their impact with peers, employees, customers, their boss and other stakeholders.

Learning Outcomes

After participating in the workshop, you will have;

• A set of tools for stakeholder management
• An understanding of the power of questioning and listening to improving one’s impact and influence
• A way to manage nerves
• A way to deliver short concise communication in a manner that will resonate with stakeholders

 

Delivery Methodology

This workshop will be held remotely online via Zoom. The workshop will include many real-life examples, hands-on activities and plenty of discussions with participants to understand their own individual pain-points so we could address them and make sure they receive the most value. Participants will receive a comprehensive summary document after the workshop.

A Zoom link will be sent to all registered participants the day before the workshop.
