Creativity and innovation doesn’t come naturally to everyone, pivoting your business can be daunting. This workshop will allow you the opportunity to create a system allowing you to look at new products and services you can bring to market and through new channels where possible.

Within a highly interactive and collaborative workshop you will be equipped to:

• Utilise 5 ‘Focus’ techniques to generate creative solutions – new products / services / channels
• Understand what makes an idea great
• Test your ideas safely / managing failure
• Generate a plan for Now and the Future

Delivery Methodology

This workshop will be held remotely online via Zoom. The workshop will include many real-life examples, hands-on activities and plenty of discussions with participants. Participants will receive a comprehensive summary document after the workshop.

A Zoom link will be sent to all registered participants the day before the workshop.
