Demonstrating leadership to help achieve company goals is a central activity in all management roles particularly Owner Managers. This half-day workshop provides owner managers with a development opportunity which will set the foundation for sustainable team and company development while enhancing their personal capabilities in a highly transferable manner.

The programme is specially designed to assist Owner Managers at growth/business change stage in the business lifecycle. It offers practical and relevant leadership skills which address the challenges they are may face in a turbulent environment.

This programme will provide training across the following areas:

• Exploring Theoretical Models of Leadership and their application to business
• Identifying your Leadership Style
• Leadership Vs Management
• People Management and Effective Leadership-Influencing and motivating others
• Making an impact in the workplace

By the end of the session participants will:

• Understand the concept of leadership styles and the way in which these are implemented in an overall company context
• Differentiate between Leadership and Management
• Be familiar with the key negotiation and influencing techniques required to make leadership work
• Demonstrate leadership skills for growth/business change
• Understand how to motivate for performance improvement
• Understand the delegation process and how to use it as an Upskilling and motivational tool

Delivery Methodology

This workshop will be held remotely online via Zoom.
