Sales & Selling: A Skills Workshop

Within a highly interactive and collaborative workshop you will be equipped to:

Review:

  • Existing clients review: How do you assess the REAL value a customer is bringing to your business and how to sack clients to build capacity and focus even during difficult times?
  • Sales Process Review: What is your current sales process and who does the selling? Who talks about money and how well do they do it?

Create a strategic sales plan through new approaches to growing sales with existing and new customers:

  • Defining the ideal client
  • Sourcing new potentials
  • Looking at new markets
  • Establishing sales targets
  • Setting manageable but realistic KPIs
  • Selling during challenging times

Delivery Methodology

This workshop will be held remotely online via Zoom. The workshop will include many real-life examples, hands-on activities and plenty of discussions with participants. Participants will receive a comprehensive summary document after the workshop.

A Zoom link will be sent to all registered participants the day before the workshop.
