Twitter for Business

This workshop aims to guide those business owners/managers who may/may not have taken their business online and are interested in exploring the potential of Twitter to connect with their customers where they spend time… Twitter!

Within a highly interactive and collaborative workshop you will be equipped to:

• Set up their own Twitter account
• Administer the page with multiple users
• Understand patterns of usage to maximise the potential of Twitter

Topics include:

• Why Twitter? Is it important and should I be on it?
• How to use it effectively as a marketing tool?
• How to set up a business page – properly?
• How to connect with potential customers on Twitter and develop a following?
• How to develop relevant content for your company?
• Case studies: Review and analyse a sample of existing SMEs’ social pages (what’s good and bad)

Delivery Methodology

This workshop will be held remotely online via Zoom. This session will be highly engaging and relevant through interactive learning, individual approach, use of audio-visual materials. 

A Zoom link will be sent to all registered participants the day before the workshop.
