“Creating Economic and Business Opportunities from Climate Change” conference on 9^th October in the Tullamore Court Hotel

Under the auspices of the Regional Transition Team of the Midlands Regional Enterprise Plan to 2020 (MREP), the conference partners are delighted to share with you our programme for this inaugural conference. The conference focuses particularly on small and medium enterprises and explores how climate change adaptation and mitigation can effectively drive innovation and create business opportunities. This conference is linked to Actions of the MREP 2020, National Adaptation Framework 2018 and the recently published, All of Government Climate Action Plan - to tackle Climate Breakdown. 

The conference partners comprise the Midlands Regional Enterprise Office, Offaly County Council and the Eastern and Midlands Climate Action Regional Office (CARO).
