Minister of State for Business, Employment and Retail, Neale Richmond TD visited the Local Enterprise Office Kilkenny (LEO) on Friday, July 7th where he met with council officials, members of the LEO team as well as some of their client Business; Richie and Bob Murphy - CHI Environmental, Cáit Mackey Maher - Yellow Deer Designs, Patrick and Tammi Brennan - Brennan Knives, John Doyle – Signiatec, Irene Frisby – FQS Pharmaceutical Consultancy and Luke McIntosh- Dakota Irish.
The Minister was greeted at County Hall by Councillor Michael Doyle, Cathaoirleach of Kilkenny County Council, Sean, McKeown, Interim Chief Executive, Denis Malone, Acting Director of Services and Aileen McGrath, Acting Head of Enterprise as well as other officials and was briefed about developments in the county as well as future plans. Minister Richmond then heard from the Kilkenny Local Enterprise Office team, members of the Evaluation Committee and Local Authority Members.
