Attendees will explore value-based management and financial modelling, equipping them with the skills to navigate the dynamic financial landscape with confidence.
Mastering Sales is the theme for the third session with Terry Harmer. Terry will share secrets of customer acquisition, retention, and strategic account management. Through his guidance, attendees will learn to adapt sales approaches for diverse markets, ensuring their sales operations can scale successfully.
Session four has a focus on efficiency with John O’Shanahan leading a session on maximising productivity and scaling operations.
